This deck is a classic Dimir Zombie tribal and aristocrat strategy piloted by The Scarab God. It focuses on curving out efficient Zombie creatures during the early turns, establishing sacrifice and card-draw engines, and deploying the commander to control the board and drain the table. The Scarab God provides exceptional late-game inevitability by turning creature cards in any graveyard into 4/4 Zombie tokens at instant speed while draining opponents and scrying during every upkeep. Supporting payoffs like Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver, Gisa, the Hellraiser, Undead Warchief, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel amplify both combat damage and life loss.
