A little red wine for me, I think | Gandalf, Party Guest 🍷 by TheGreatDak

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Spellslinger-wizard tempo deck built around Gandalf, Party Guest's combat trigger. The primary plan is to stack several legendary Wizards, then free-cast big instant/sorceries at the start of combat-especially extra-turn spells-and convert the extra turns into pumped combat damage and pings. Secondary paths: copy key spells with Alania, Kitsa, or Gandalf the Grey; use Kykar and Cadric to build a token/treasure board; and use Azami to draw into payoffs. Gandalf is the cost-cheat engine rather than a hidden commander; the 99 is a legendary-Wizard density shell. The deck is mid-speed, with a high instant-speed interaction count and a moderate rebuild capacity.
