Deck overview

This is a Rakdos "amass" midrange deck built around The Great Goblin, who turns every +1/+1 counter placed on a Goblin, Orc, or Army into 2 damage to an opponent and every dying Goblin/Orc/Army into an exiled card you can play. The primary plan is to grow a single Army token with amass spells, sagas, and the nine Nazgul Ring-tempt package, then push through with menace/fear evasion and finish with heavy dragons like Scourge of the Throne, Balefire Dragon, and Cavern-Hoard Dragon. A secondary tempo line uses Sauron, the Necromancer to reanimate creatures on attack. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through incremental commander pings and evasive combat damage.
