1-EDH Splinter by user2449339

Format: Commander

Commander: Splinter, Radical Rat

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Built around Splinter, Radical Rat as a trigger doubler for an Esper Ninja tempo shell, this deck uses unblockable one-drops to feed ninjutsu, then converts connection into card draw, token generation, and life loss through Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow, who is effectively a hidden commander in the 99. The primary path is repeated combat with cheap Ninjas, accelerated by Endless Foot Assault and Dark Leo & Shredder; secondary paths cheat big threats like Ink-Eyes or Silent-Blade Oni into play via ninjutsu or sneak. Splinter doubles every Ninja trigger, making each connect draw two cards or burn every opponent twice. With plentiful recursion and a few mass-protection spells, the deck dominates mid-game combat but lacks artifact/enchantment removal.
