Varina, Lich Queen leads a mid-speed Zombie tribal army that wins by attacking with a wide board of tokens and tribal lords. Her attack trigger is the engine: each attacking Zombie becomes a draw-and-discard, and those discarded cards fuel token creation and graveyard recursion. Secondary paths include drain from Diregraf Captain and Wayward Servant, The Scarab God's upkeep drain, and mass reanimation such as Haunting Voyage. There is no double-faced commander or hidden commander; Wilhelt and The Scarab God are powerful secondary engines, but the deck is built around Varina. The list has no fast-kill combo, so it wins through repeated large combat swings and chip drain, supported by a broad but lean interaction suite.
