Deck overview

Whtz is a 259-card Azorius control/combo deck built around its commander's free draw-and-life activation; because the starting deck contains more than 200 cards, Whtz's ability costs no mana. Yorion is only a companion and there is no hidden commander. The primary plan is to find and protect Battle of Wits and win on an upkeep while the library still holds 200+ cards. Secondary paths are Approach of the Second Sun with extra-turn protection and Triskaidekaphile at exactly thirteen cards. The deck uses dozens of cantrips and tutors, twenty counterspells, fogs, and board wipes to survive until an alt-win trigger resolves.
