Deck overview

This deck is a high-power competitive Commander build centered on Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The strategy uses explosive 0- and 1-CMC fast mana and mana dorks to deploy Sisay and establish five-color mana by Turn 3. Sisay acts as an instant-speed, on-demand tutor from the command zone, allowing the pilot to assemble a multi-piece combo directly onto the battlefield. The primary win condition uses Bloom Tender (or Selvala, Heart of the Wilds) alongside Derevi, Empyrial Tactician and Emiel the Blessed to generate infinite mana. Sisay then tutors the entire legendary suite from the library, using Jennifer Walters to silence opposing interaction and Orcish Bowmasters to machine-gun all three opponents on Turn 4. A format-ceiling interaction suite—including Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Silence—protects the combo while disrupting faster opposing threats.
