New Untitled Deck by Codexred

Format: Commander

Commander: Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep heads a UG sea-monster stompy deck. Her role is to be a draw-and-cheat engine: after ramping, every big Kraken/Leviathan/Serpent cast from hand lets her look at a large chunk of the library and put a second spell onto the stack for free. Secondary paths are value engines in Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, Garruk's Uprising, and Kiora, the Rising Tide, plus top-deck engines like One with the Multiverse and Omniscience. The deck wins through overwhelming combat damage from evasive, enormous sea creatures, snowballing with Spawning Kraken and Koma, World-Eater. There is no hidden commander; Aesi acts as the closest secondary engine.
