Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Snow Stax and Midrange strategy commanded by Jorn, God of Winter // Kaldring, the Rimestaff. The primary game plan revolves around rapidly deploying Jorn alongside a mana base composed almost entirely of snow permanents. Once Jorn attacks, he untaps all snow permanents, allowing the pilot to generate immense mana velocity and break complete parity on severe global untap locks like Winter Orb, Static Orb, Stasis, and Rising Waters. While opponents struggle under heavy resource starvation, the deck leverages its doubled mana to draw cards through snow engines like Frost Augur and Glacial Revelation, clear opposing boards with asymmetric sweepers like Dead of Winter, and assemble lethal threats. The deck finishes games through large snow beaters, a 20/20 indestructible Marit Lage token from Dark Depths, or a decisive Craterhoof Behemoth overrun.
