Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive tempo build centered on Goro-Goro and Satoru. It leverages low-cost evasive creatures, dash cards, and recurring hasty token generators like Loyal Apprentice and Urabrask's Forge to reliably satisfy the commander's combat damage trigger. Once online, connecting with creatures that entered the battlefield on the same turn creates 5/5 flying Dragon Spirit tokens. The deck converts this board presence into massive card advantage using Bident of Thassa and Coastal Piracy, keeping hand sizes full while developing powerful burst damage enablers like Dragon Tempest, Purphoros, God of the Forge, and Shared Animosity. Extra combat spells like Relentless Assault and World at War allow the deck to multiply dragon triggers within a single turn cycle. While vulnerable to well-timed board wipes, the deck's low mana curve and redundant token generators ensure rapid rebuilding.
