Elven Eyes, Pointy Ears - Thranduil by user2914789

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a **Bant (Green/Blue/Black) Elves "legendary-matters" deck** built around Thranduil, Elvenking. The strategy is to clog the board with Elves that grow sideways, empty the graveyard with a doubling effect, and turn Thranduil into a one-card A-Bomber/Doubling-Tutor machine. Once Thranduil is on the board, every dead Elf in the 'yard becomes a live resource; combined with "Landfall" draws and token creation, the deck aims to bury a pod under a continuously-massive Elven presence, then kill each opponent with a single giant combat step or, when the table is empty, wipe out with an overwhelming "Elf army" crack-back. It is less a "solitaire combo" deck than a **value-generating midrange deck that cannot be left alone**.
