Format: Commander

Commander: Trostani, Selesnya's Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice is the engine of a GW lifegain-token deck: every creature that enters gains life, and populate multiplies the best token on board. The primary plan is to build a wide board of high-toughness tokens, convert life into more tokens, and finish with Akroma's Will double-strike combat, Aetherflux Reservoir activations, Storm Herd, or Halo Fountain. Rhys the Redeemed is a hidden commander, doubling tokens for explosive populate turns. Secondary lines include Phyrexian Processor tokens and a Jumbo Cactuar + Swords to Plowshares life burst. Trostani is not strictly required, but she accelerates every axis of the deck.
