Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-black Zombie tribal and aristocrats strategy commanded by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The primary game plan revolves around deploying efficient Zombie creatures, establishing tribal lords, and leveraging Gisa to convert high-power bodies into overwhelming swarms of 2/2 Zombie tokens. Once a critical mass of tokens is assembled, the deck applies severe pressure through wide combat attacks enhanced by menace and deathtouch, or bypasses combat entirely using aristocrat drain effects from cards like Ayara, First of Locthwain, Bastion of Remembrance, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. The deck benefits from strong internal recursion, natural sweeper deterrence through death triggers, and high creature density. While it lacks instant stack interaction and direct artifact removal, its ability to flood the board and generate immense card advantage ensures steady momentum throughout the mid-to-late game.
