1500 Massacre by Tailtrain

Format: Commander

Commander: Massacre Girl

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-black aristocrats/attrition deck helmed by Massacre Girl. Its game plan is to build a web of "whenever a creature dies" payoffs - Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Vindictive Vampire, Syr Konrad, the Grim - backed by sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer and Ashnod's Altar. The commander functions as a five-mana, -1/-1-chain reset that can turn a clogged board into a cascade of death triggers; Massacre Girl, Known Killer in the 99 acts as a hidden second copy, granting wither and drawing cards off low-toughness deaths. The deck grinds value through Pitiless Plunderer, Pawn of Ulamog, and Open the Graves, then closes with an attritional drain loop, Revel in Riches, or a mass Rise of the Dark Realms. With no real tutor package, it is a long, draw-dependent slugfest rather than a fast combo deck.
