Commander: Agent Frank Horrigan

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari proliferate deck, helmed by Agent Frank Horrigan, aims to overwhelm opponents with poison counters and +1/+1 counters, leveraging the commander's double-proliferate on entry or attack to rapidly accelerate the clock. The primary win condition is reaching ten poison counters on each opponent via infect combat damage - using cards like Grafted Exoskeleton, Tainted Strike, and Venerated Rotpriest - supported by a dense suite of proliferate spells and permanents. Secondary paths include direct poison from spells like Vraska's Fall and Phyresis Outbreak, and commander-beatdown once suited with infect. The deck lacks fast combos but grinds incremental advantage through repeatable proliferate engines like Evolution Sage and Staff of Compleation, with Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider and Innkeeper's Talent providing massive counter synergy.
