Deck overview

Shiko and Narset, Unified rewards casting a second spell each turn. The deck therefore wants cheap cantrips, two-mana rocks, and targeted interaction that can be copied when the commander is active. Whirlwind of Thought, Archmage Emeritus, Mystic Remora, and Faerie Mastermind improve the card-flow engine, while Galvanic Iteration, Narset's Reversal, Return the Favor, and Flamehold Grappler provide additional finite copies. The deck has broad but imperfect interaction and can generate strong midgame advantage. Its main weakness is the absence of a compact, reliably tutored win. Crackle with Power, Niv-Mizzet, Parun, and Prismari, the Inspiration are powerful finishers or high-ceiling engines, but they require substantial mana and supporting cards. The ordinary plan is a value-control game that may dominate a fair table, not a dependable table kill or total lockout.
