New Lumra by TopherToppins

Format: Commander

Commander: Lumra, Bellow of the Woods

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lumra, Bellow of the Woods is the deck's engine and payoff: it mills lands, returns them all to the battlefield tapped, and becomes a giant bear. The primary plan is to ramp, put lands into the graveyard through sacrifice and self-mill, then explode with a single Lumra or Aftermath Analyst activation. Secondary paths use Avenger of Zendikar and Scute Swarm tokens plus Craterhoof Behemoth, +1/+1 counter doubling, and Unnatural Growth. There is no double-faced commander; Lumra is the only face. The deck is a casual value deck: it grows through land count and trample damage, with recursion and protection spells enabling one huge turn.
