Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is built around Urza, Lord High Artificer as a mana-generating artifact engine. There is no double-faced commander and no secondary hidden commander; the deck is built explicitly to use Urza's active artifact-tap ability and his Construct token as the mana core. The primary plan is to assemble Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal, using Urza, the Construct token, and artifact mana to make the loop generate net blue mana. Thassa's Oracle is the main win condition after looping cards into hand with Top/Forge or Urza's activated ability. Secondary paths include Deadeye Navigator plus Peregrine Drake, artifact stax, and animated artifact combat via The Antiquities War or Tezzeret the Seeker.
