Deck overview

This mono-green deck harnesses Bear tribal synergies led by Beorn the Fierce. The primary game plan develops a wide board of low-cost Bears and Changelings during the first three turns, accelerated by efficient land ramp like Nature's Lore and Three Visits. Casting Beorn on turn 4 provides immediate card advantage by converting non-Bear creatures, granting trample counters, and drawing two cards each combat. On turn 5, the deck transitions into lethal aggression by dropping mass pump effects such as Unnatural Growth, Overwhelming Stampede, or Banner of Kinship. While the deck generates impressive card velocity and massive combat damage, its reliance on a creature-dense battlefield leaves it vulnerable to sweepers. It mitigates this with targeted protection spells like Heroic Intervention and efficient re-expansion tools like Kindred Summons.
