Deck overview

The deck is a Dimir control shell led by Tasha, the Witch Queen. Its main plan is to ramp, cast Tasha, the Witch Queen, use +1 to draw and exile opposing instant or sorcery cards, then use -3 to cast those cards without paying their mana costs. Each stolen spell also creates a Demon, giving the deck a growing board while it gains value from opponents' graveyards. Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor improve access, and the deck has a broad package of counters, removal, sweepers, and bounce. Mill cards such as Fractured Sanity, Maddening Cacophony, Mind Grind, and Psychic Corrosion provide a secondary route, but they do not form a compact kill. The deck can generate strong midgame advantage, yet its primary engine needs several turns to become decisive and has no reliable all-opponent finish.
