Iron Man by Jiveturkey

Commander: Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet artifact-value deck is helmed by Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man, a two-faced commander that provides both a repeatable artifact tutor and a combat-phase cheat engine. The front side, Tony Stark, filters the top four cards of the library for an artifact each turn, while the back side, The Invincible Iron Man, flies with haste and puts an artifact from hand onto the battlefield at the start of combat, attaching Equipment for free. The primary game plan is to accumulate artifact synergies-cheap artifact creatures, mana rocks, and Equipment-then transform into the back side, suit up with heavy-hitting Equipment like Hard-Won Jitte and Mjolnir, Hammer of Thor, and win through commander damage or a swarm of artifact tokens. The deck lacks infinite combos and relies on incremental advantage, card selection, and combat inevitability.
