Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Spellslinger Voltron deck commanded by Fire Lord Azula. The strategy revolves around deploying Azula by Turn 3 or 4, attacking to trigger Firebending 2 for free combat mana, and casting cheap instant spells that Azula copies automatically. By duplicating pump spells such as Antagonize, Bulk Up, and Temur Battle Rage, the deck can eliminate opponents one by one with lethal commander damage starting as early as Turn 4. In parallel, copying draw spells like Big Score and rituals like Seething Song provides massive card advantage and mana acceleration, enabling explosive storm lines. Secondary win conditions include infinite mana and burn loops via Reiterate paired with Mana Geyser or Storm-Kiln Artist, as well as board control from Hullbreaker Horror. While vulnerable to instant-speed creature removal, the deck packs dedicated redirection, hexproof, and countermagic to protect its aggressive combat engine.
