Kratos Paper by Trent100

Format: Commander

Commander: Kratos, God of War

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kratos, God of War leads a mono-red damage-multiplier and burn-aggro build. The primary plan is to resolve haste threats alongside damage-enhancing permanents such as Furnace of Rath, Dictate of the Twin Gods, or Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, then convert a single mass-burn spell or a Kratos double-strike swing into lethal damage against all opponents. Secondary paths use Heartless Hidetsugu with lifelink, Toralf combined with Blasphemous Act, extra-combat spells, and equipment voltron. Kratos is a haste enabler and double-strike finisher who also punishes opponents for not attacking. There is no double-faced commander or true hidden commander; Toralf, God of Fury // Toralf's Hammer acts as a secondary build-around in the 99.
