Commander: Tom Bombadil

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Tom Bombadil saga-value deck whose primary plan is to establish a five-color enchantress draw engine, then chain Sagas through Tom while Barbara Wright - the hidden commander in the 99 - grants every Saga read ahead. Narci, Fable Singer turns each final chapter into life loss, while Replenish, Ghen, and Hall of Heliod buy back a second wave. Big payoffs such as Summon: Bahamut, The Kami War, Smaug, and Galactus close the game. This is deliberately not a fast combo list: it wins by attrition, recursion, and one explosive Saga-resolution turn rather than by assembling infinite mana.
