Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact combo/storm deck helmed by Mm'menon, the Right Hand, whose two abilities form the engine: you may look at the top card of your library at any time, cast artifact spells from the top, and tap any artifact for {U} (spendable only on spells cast from outside your hand). The deck chains cheap artifacts through a dense cost-reducer suite (Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, Jhoira's Familiar, Cloud Key, Semblance Anvil, Helm of Awakening, Shuri, Wakandan Inventor, Sapphire Medallion), draws through the deck with Sai, Master Thopterist, Insight Engine, Uthros Research Craft, and Transplant Theorist, and wins via Aetherflux Reservoir storm, Krark-Clan Ironworks + Scrap Trawler infinite-mana loops, Hullbreaker Horror bounce loops, or artifact beatdown (Kappa Cannoneer, Cyberdrive Awakener, Ultron, Artificial Malevolence). A deep tutor suite - Fabricate, Whir of Invention, Reshape, Scour for Scrap, Tezzeret the Seeker, Arcum Dagsson - finds the pieces.
