Deck overview

This deck is a classic Golgari Graveyard Midrange strategy commanded by Meren of Clan Nel Toth. The deck focuses on accelerating mana and filling the graveyard in the opening turns using creatures like Sakura-Tribe Elder and Stitcher's Supplier. Once Meren enters on Turn 4, the deck builds experience counters by sacrificing utility creatures and recurring them every end step for compounding value. In the mid-game, it pivots to asymmetric attrition via Sheoldred, Whispering One and recurring land destruction with Crucible of Worlds and Strip Mine.
