Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both an escalating burn outlet and a massive mana generator by adding colored mana equal to its power on your turn. The primary game plan revolves around attaching damage-triggered draw effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to Vivi. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each cast draws 3 fresh cards. This allows the deck to chain cheap cantrips, rituals, and artifact mana until all opponents are eliminated through direct burn. Backed by Underworld Breach, Past in Flames, and split-second enabler Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun, the deck easily sustains mana and card velocity. If the commander is unavailable, secondary packages like Niv-Mizzet, Parun combo or Godo, Bandit Warlord with Helm of the Host provide clean, independent victory routes.
