Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Temur stompy and burn engine commanded by Eshki, Temur's Roar. Rather than paying full retail for massive beaters, the deck leverages undercosted creatures with printed power 6 or greater featuring warp, evoke, or enter-the-battlefield drawbacks, such as Force of Savagery, Pugnacious Hammerskull, Dreamtide Whale, Spitebellows, and Bygone Colossus. Because Eshki triggers on cast, every high-power spell simultaneously grows Eshki with +1/+1 counters, replaces itself by drawing a card, and deals Eshki's scaling power as direct damage to every opponent. Accelerated by a dense suite of 1-2 CMC ramp spells, the deck reliably deploys Eshki on Turn 3, begins drawing and burning on Turn 4, and builds an insurmountable life total disparity by Turn 5. Supported by counter multipliers like Branching Evolution and asymmetric board clears like Wave Goodbye, the list converts raw creature stats into unavoidable table-wide burn and rapid combat finishes.
