Deck overview

This deck is a focused Azorius Spirit tribal build helmed by Millicent, Restless Revenant. The primary game plan is to deploy a critical mass of cheap Spirit creatures, leverage Millicent's affinity cost reduction, and then overwhelm opponents with a wide, flying board. Token doublers like Anointed Procession, Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, and Elspeth, Storm Slayer multiply the token output from Millicent's death/combat triggers and other token generators. Lords such as Drogskol Captain, Supreme Phantom, and Empyrean Eagle pump the team, while Moonshaker Cavalry serves as a one-sided overrun finisher. The deck wins through combat damage, with no infinite combos present. It packs a robust protection suite (counterspells, phasing, indestructible) to shield its board from wipes and removal.
