Commander: Dr. Eggman

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Grixis artifact-vehicle deck is helmed by Dr. Eggman, a value engine that draws a card each turn and then forces each opponent to choose between discarding or letting you put a Construct, Robot, or Vehicle from your hand onto the battlefield. The deck leverages this end-step cheat ability to flood the board with high-power artifact creatures and vehicles, while a discard subtheme (Waste Not, Painful Quandary, Tergrid, God of Fright) punishes opponents for their choices. Primary win conditions include combat damage from threats like Blightsteel Colossus and Reaver Titan, alternative wins via Knuckles the Echidna (30 artifacts) or Mechanized Production (eight copies of an artifact), and the Phyrexian mode of Mirrodin Besieged (15 artifacts in graveyard). The deck is a midrange value pile that out-grinds opponents through card advantage and artifact synergies.
