Vivi Spellslinger by GamingRamon

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger/storm deck built around Vivi Ornitier. Vivi starts as a 0/3 mana ritual and pinger, and every noncreature spell grows her power and deals 1 to each opponent, so the deck is designed to chain cheap instants/sorceries, reduce their cost with Baral/Helm/Electromancer, and convert the count into lethal damage with Guttersnipe, Aetherflux Reservoir, or a huge Comet Storm. Niv-Mizzet acts as a hidden finisher by turning every draw into damage. Vivi's role is the primary mana engine and damage accumulator. Secondary paths include token generation from Talrand/Young Pyromancer and recursion via Past in Flames/Mystic Sanctuary.
