Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier is a high-tempo deck that converts every noncreature spell into cumulative damage, mana, and value. The primary game plan is to deploy a cost reducer or early Vivi, then chain instants and sorceries that copy themselves or trigger multiple ping effects, eventually overwhelming the table. The deck also contains a compact infinite-damage combo in Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity. The commander is a flexible mana generator that also acts as a damage source as its power grows. The deck's strength lies in its dense interaction and explosive storm-style turns, but it can be inconsistent in assembling its win conditions.
