The Mindskinner by Tcarr1998

Format: Commander

Commander: The Mindskinner

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck uses The Mindskinner to convert all damage dealt by your forces into widespread library mill across all opponents. Because The Mindskinner is unblockable with ten power, every unhindered swing strips thirty cards total from opposing libraries while other attackers accelerate the process. The deck deploys an extensive counterspell suite and temporary bounce spells to protect the commander and control the board state. Secondary win lines include explosive mill bursts from cards like Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Fleet Swallower, or kicked Rite of Replication targeting high-impact mill or power threats.
