Deck overview

This Abzan deck is an Enchantress Stax engine commanded by Myrkul, Lord of Bones. It blends efficient mana acceleration, dense card draw engines, and asymmetric resource denial to control the pace of the game. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with 1-drop dorks, deploying enchantresses like Sythis, Harvest's Hand, and establishing restrictive stax pieces like Rule of Law and Stony Silence. These taxes stop faster combo decks while allowing this deck to steadily accumulate cards and mana. Myrkul, Lord of Bones provides unique board resilience by turning dying hatebears and utility creatures into noncreature enchantments, rendering them immune to creature board wipes. The deck closes the game around turn 6 by tutoring into overwhelming combat overruns such as Moonshaker Cavalry, animating its board with Starfield of Nyx, or swarming opponents with flying tokens from Hallowed Haunting and Archon of Sun's Grace.
