Borne Upon a Win (Azula Combo Control) by JackTheNerd

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula is a Grixis spellslinger/control deck that turns her attack-trigger copy effect into a game-winning engine: every instant or sorcery cast during combat is cloned, and the Firebending mana pays for the chain. The primary plan is to use rituals and Invoke Calamity to produce a huge mana burst, then cast a copied Electrodominance to eliminate one or two opponents, with Vivi Ornitier and faerie beaters supporting a slower win. The commander is the engine and finisher enabler; without her attack the deck lacks a fast kill. A dense counterspell and tutor suite lets it reach the late game and assemble the four-card kill.
