Deck overview

This mono-black deck leverages Tinybones, Bauble Burglar to run an oppressive discard and resource-denial strategy. Early turns deploy cheap symmetrical discard engines like Bottomless Pit, Necrogen Mists, and Oppression, stripping opposing hands while the commander stashes their discarded cards into exile for your own use. As opponents enter topdeck mode, high-impact payoffs such as Tergrid, God of Fright, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Court of Ambition, and Waste Not convert opponent card losses into massive board advantage, mana, and life drain. Secondary win conditions include Tinybones, Trinket Thief draining hellbent tables, Gray Merchant of Asphodel bursting life totals via heavy black devotion, and a Bolas's Citadel storm line with Aetherflux Reservoir and Sensei's Divining Top. The deck excels at crippling interactive strategies, though it remains vulnerable to noncreature permanents once they resolve.
