Heliod Time updated by OmarAlvarenga

Format: Commander

Commander: Heliod, Sun-Crowned

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-white deck builds a +1/+1-counter army through lifegain. The primary plan is to gain small amounts of life repeatedly - via Soul Warden effects, attack triggers, and Heliod's activated ability - to feed a cluster of 'whenever you gain life' payoffs like Ajani's Pridemate and Voice of the Blessed. Heliod, Sun-Crowned sits in the command zone as the engine: he adds counters every time you gain life and gives your best attacker lifelink to turn combat damage into more counters. The secondary path is token generation through Oketra's Monument, Dawn of Hope, and Ajani planeswalkers, with Raise the Past to rebuild after a wipe. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built to leverage Heliod's counter-and-lifelink engine.
