Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon tribal deck focuses on accelerating into massive flying threats to overwhelm opponents with aerial combat and scaling direct damage. Commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen, the deck leverages early ramp pieces such as Dragonspeaker Shaman, Herald's Horn, and Treasure generators to deploy high-cost Dragons well ahead of natural timing. Once Lathliss enters on Turn 5, every subsequent nontoken Dragon generates an additional 5/5 Dragon token. Complementary payoffs like Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Warstorm Surge convert these entries into lethal bursts of targeted burn. While the deck boasts high internal redundancy and explosive mid-game power, it lacks stack-based counterplay and resilience against mass exile effects, making proactive aggression and efficient mana curve navigation paramount to victory.
