Deck overview

Hope Estheim is the center of a lifegain-to-mill strategy. Early soul-sister effects and the commander's lifelink turn small life gains into end-step mill, while The Water Crystal amplifies every milling event. Redundant life doublers (Rhox Faithmender, The Wind Crystal, Angel of Vitality) and draw engines (Shabraz, the Skyshark, Drogskol Reaver) let a single end step clear most of a library. Fractured Sanity, Maddening Cacophony, and Riverchurn Monument provide burst mill. Felidar Sovereign is a secondary, independent win condition at 40 life. The deck is a value-control shell with counterspells and removal, not a fast combo; it wins around turn ten by assembling the engine and then finishing with a mass-mill spell or a huge Hope trigger.
