Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Superfriends control deck commanded by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. Its game plan revolves around assembling a layered pillowfort defense to protect planeswalkers from combat damage while utilizing Sisay to tutor legendary planeswalkers and high-synergy support cards directly onto the battlefield. Key enchantments such as Oath of Teferi allow planeswalkers to activate their loyalty abilities twice each turn, while proliferate engines like Atraxa, Praetors' Voice and Flux Channeler rapidly push planeswalkers toward their ultimate abilities. Asymmetric lock pieces like Ashiok, Dream Render and Narset, Parter of Veils throttle opponents' resources and prevent them from keeping pace. Once control is established, the deck closes the game through game-ending planeswalker ultimates, direct burn from Commodore Guff and Chandra, Legacy of Fire, or combat damage from large evasive threats.
