Deck overview

This deck is a Simic control and token-swarm build commanded by Koma, Cosmos Serpent. Its core plan accelerates mana through early dorks and rocks to deploy Koma by Turn 6. Because Koma cannot be countered, it enters the battlefield reliably and creates a 3/3 Serpent token on every player's upkeep, generating 12 power and four tapping activations per full table rotation. The deck protects this commanding board state with an extensive suite of counterspells and asymmetric bounce spells like Whelming Wave and Scourge of Fleets, which clear opposing creatures while leaving Serpents, Krakens, and Leviathans intact. Token doublers such as Adrix and Nev, Twincasters and Second Harvest accelerate the damage clock, while Combine Chrysalis grants flying evasion. If Koma is removed, backup threats like Tishana, Voice of Thunder and Hydroid Krasis maintain combat pressure to close out the game.
