Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov go-wide tokens list centered on Thalisse, Reverent Medium. The strategy focuses on establishing early token generators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Ophiomancer, and Lingering Souls to build a board presence before casting Thalisse on Turn 5. Once assembled, Thalisse doubles token production each turn by creating flying 1/1 Spirit tokens at the end step. The deck escalates pressure on Turn 6 using mass token spells like Increasing Devotion, anthems like Angel of Invention, or token upgrades like Divine Visitation. Victory is achieved by swarming opponents with evasive flying creatures and augmenting combat with aristocrat life drain from Bastion of Remembrance, Nadier's Nightblade, or Gruesome Fate. While resilient against destroy sweepers thanks to cards like Grand Crescendo, the deck remains vulnerable to mass exile and relies heavily on natural card draw.
