Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier leads a high-velocity Izzet storm deck that weaponizes noncreature spells for table-wide burn, burst mana, and explosive card advantage. The primary game plan pairs Vivi with damage-triggered draw effects like Curiosity or Tandem Lookout, drawing up to three cards per cast to chain rituals, free spells, and storm payoffs. Alternatively, the deck easily pivots into deterministic Underworld Breach and Brain Freeze loops to mill the entire library and win through Thassa's Oracle or Grapeshot. Backed by dense fast mana, premier tutors, and free stack interaction, the deck rapidly transitions from early setup into a protected winning turn.
