Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf tribal deck helmed by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, built around a dense Treasure-generation engine and a heavy Equipment subtheme. Thorin creates a Treasure on every Dwarf ETB and pumps the team for each artifact token you control, turning the board into a swarm of buffed Dwarves. The deck wins primarily through combat: Dain of the Ancient Halls deals damage equal to your Dwarf count to each opponent, Smaug the Magnificent burns based on your Treasure count, and Magda, Brazen Outlaw tutors out Goldspan Dragon and other Dragons to accelerate the clock. Secondary lines include There and Back Again creating a Smaug token that refunds fourteen Treasures, and Xorn doubling all Treasure production. The deck plays a midrange game: develop Dwarves, generate Treasures, suit up with Equipment, and close with overwhelming combat damage.
