Deck overview

This Orzhov Aristocrats deck is commanded by Teysa Karlov, who doubles all death-triggered abilities and grants lifelink and vigilance to creature tokens. The strategy revolves around establishing a three-part engine: repeatable token fodder (Bitterblossom, Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, Reassembling Skeleton), free sacrifice outlets (Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar, Warren Soultrader, Viscera Seer), and death-trigger payoffs (Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Cruel Celebrant, Grave Pact, Skullclamp). Assembled by Turn 4, the deck draws through its library, controls opposing boards through forced sacrifice and -1/-1 counters, and creates insurmountable life total swings. The critical onset arrives around Turn 6, draining the table for major life chunks while locking down opposing creatures, before closing the game on Turn 7. Graveyard recursion and decentralized redundancy make the deck resilient against single-target interaction and board wipes.
