Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed competitive combo list centered on Codie, Ravenous Codex and prepare spell synergies alongside classic cEDH storm infrastructure. Codie acts as a massive value and storm multiplier by copying any prepared spell cast from creatures that enter prepared. Backed by format-ceiling acceleration like Chrome Mox, Sol Ring, and Dark Ritual, the deck rapidly establishes mana and deploys Codie by Turn 2 or 3. From there, casting prepared spells like Emeritus of Woe // Demonic Tutor or Emeritus of Ideation // Ancestral Recall generates overwhelming card advantage and tutor redundancy. The primary game plan culminates in resolving Ad Nauseam or Underworld Breach, shielded by Silence or Grand Abolisher, to storm off with Storm-Kiln Artist and eliminate all three opponents with copied damage spells like Emeritus of Conflict // Lightning Bolt on Turn 3.
