Deck overview

This is a spellslinger/pingers deck helmed by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, built to chain noncreature spells, generate 0/1 Wizard tokens that ping each opponent, and then transform Kuja into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied to double all Wizard damage. The primary win is a critical-mass storm turn: rituals and draw spells fuel Grapeshot or Tendrils of Agony, while the backup line grinds opponents out with doubled pinger triggers from Black Waltz No. 3, Coruscation Mage, and the Wizard tokens, amplified by Harmonic Prodigy and Artist's Talent. The deck is fast, low-curve, and heavily red-black, but it is fragile: it leans on the transform payoff and has almost no way to protect its own turn.
