This Azorius flicker and foretell deck uses Ranar the Ever-Watchful to generate large flying armies while generating card advantage from exile triggers. The primary strategy repeatedly blinks high-value enter-the-battlefield permanents with engines like Soulherder, Brago, King Eternal, and Thassa, Deep-Dwelling to control the board and draw into game-ending combos. The deck wins primarily by establishing infinite mana and blinks through Deadeye Navigator paired with Peregrine Drake, generating limitless tokens, card draw, or bounced opposing boards using Aether Channeler or Agent of Treachery. Alternatively, the deck closes games through Moonshaker Cavalry buffing a wide Spirit board.
