Bracket: 3

DeckCheck Threat Index: 39

Deck overview

This deck utilizes Jace, Multiverse Architect as a repeatable polymorph engine in the command zone. Supported by dense 2-CMC mana rocks and low-cost token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls, the deck reliably casts Jace on Turn 4 to immediately exile a token and cheat an expensive creature or planeswalker from the library onto the battlefield. Its threat suite includes format-defining game-enders such as Archon of Cruelty, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, and Archfiend of Despair. Defensive taxes like Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Jace's combat tax protect the board while Disrupt Decorum and Maximum Carnage force opponents to eliminate each other. A compact two-card infinite combo between Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror provides an immediate table-ending token swarm. Strong targeted exile and board wipes keep opposing threats in check until overwhelming combat damage closes the game on Turn 7.
