Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet spellslinger and storm deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both a primary win condition and an accelerating mana engine. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, Vivi gains a +1/+1 counter and deals 1 damage to each opponent. Vivi can also tap for zero mana once per turn to produce red and blue mana equal to its power. The deck uses low-cost cantrips to rapidly grow Vivi, draw cards through damage-triggered engines like Curiosity and Tandem Lookout, and produce massive bursts of mana. Once the engine is online on turn 4 or 5, the deck storms off to eliminate the entire table in a single turn using cumulative burn triggers, huge finishers like Crackle with Power and Chandra's Ignition, or an infinite draw-damage loop with Niv-Mizzet, Parun.
